Usually yes: HPV vaccine is fine for a 26 year-old man or woman (both can get HPV infections), regardless of what infection one recently had. Of course, one should talk with her primary doctor to be sure there are no special issues. In general, the standard dose is fine. Be sure one's children, relatives, and friends all get vaccinated younger, before there is any chance of unintentional or intentional sex.
