You have not said: what you take the Metoprolol for. Your current dose is very small but it is not for stress it is for cardiac or vascular reasons. LBBB will not affect the consideration for dosage adjustment. Your blood pressure and heart rate are bigger considerations. You need to check with your prescriber to determine why you are on low dose and if it is safe for YOU. Without knowing your medical history, No.
