had yeast infection and took the medication to get rid of it two weeks ago! the white thick discharge has reappeared w/ little or no itching??

Yeast: Consider a longer course of treatment with fluconazole, and also testing for other causes of vaginal discharge, such as BV and other infections.

Not unusual: You need to return to see your OB/GYN or family physician who first gave you the medication. You apparently have more to do.
