Cognitive Therapy: Cognitive behavioral therapy is a very effective way to learn how to manage your anxiety and panic symptoms. To learn more about it, a great book to look at is: mastery of your anxiety and panic: workbook (treatments that work), with which I am not affiliated. I would recommend that you see your primary care doctor to at least rule-out physical causes, such as thyroid disorder or anemia, etc.
