No one knows . . .: Great question! why fall prey to all this marketing & buy a new "diet" w/o any proven benefit? Just eat plenty of fruits & veggies, lean protein (fish, chicken, eggs, beans etc), nuts, olive oil etc aka mediterranean diet. No one stands to profit from this "diet" yet it's been studied time & again (w/published data) to lower risk for heart disease, cancer, diabetes, alzheimer's disease etc.
