Synthroi/Ibuprofen: Please discuss this with your primary doctor. There should not be a reason to stop taking Ibuprofen but let your primary doctor decide. Please let me know.

Better await 30 min: There is not known true interaction between Synthroid (thyroxine) and Ibuprofen . But in general Ibuprofen should NOT be taken on empty stomach for risk of gastritis/ ulcer/ bleeding / heartburn. If u can wait 30 min after Synthroid (thyroxine) to have breakfast with Ibuprofen - better.
