Simple front to back: To make it easy- after use of toilet - wipe front to back always. Prevent to some degree UTI( urinary infection in woman) by preventing E colli ( Most common bacteria lives in gut) to travel up to urethra. Keep good daily hygiene, shower, daily clean underwear and plenty of water to drink.
