Vertigo.: While it would be tempting to link your headaches and vertiginous symptoms into what we call "labyrinthitis", which is due to allergic congestion, it would be wise to make sure that the pain is not due to anything within the inner ear or cerebellum, for example. An MRI of the brain would be in order.

Vertigo: With the headache and vertigo together I would see your doctor or a neurologist. Vertigo in itself is usually benign, but with the associated headache it would be wise to be seen.
