Depends on…: Rest of your diet, how many u eat, what u eat on them. They r carbohydrate (not whole grain) and have some saturated fat. Also contain high fructose corn syrup, which doesn't turn off brain's "full sign" so u keep eating more. 79 cal for 2 crackers. Better choices r crackers made with whole grains & no hfcs.
