Many possibilities: Not typical for 30M to have this problem. A viral syndrome resolves in 1 -2 weeks. If eyes turning yellow could have hepatitis. If stomach still hurts could have an ulcer (do Tums (calcium carbonate) make it better?). A bit too young for gall bladder or pancreas problems. The list is large and you need to be seen by a doctor if getting worse (may need labs, EGD and CT). If getting better, ride it out.
