i have this scaly red rash on my face that turns into white blotchy spots. what could it be?

See below: Hard to say without seeing the rash, but a red rash with scale sound like eczema, seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, etc. Also, the white spots may be post-inflammatory hypo-pigmentation (loss of pigment due to inflammation). See your doc.
