Musculoskeletal pain: If pain provoked by twisting, could be just musculoskeletal pain. Press on the area of pain. If pressing reproduces the pain, that could be it. Should respond to Motrin or Naprosyn (naproxen) available over the counter. Acid reflux responds to Tums and is usually related to food intake and obesity. If you have the latter all the time, see a doctor. May need to screen for H Pylori.
