How can i find out that my ovarien cyst is going away? or stop bothering me?

Ultrasound: An ultrasound can sometimes determine whether a cyst is shrinking or not; but this is dependent on whether your doctor was able to measure the cyst with an ultrasound for a baseline. Some cysts may not show up on ultrasound at all if they are too small; the best way to know if it's shrinking is if it begins to bother you less and less, and hopefully not at all. Talk to your doctor!

See your doctor: It is easy to know if it stops bothering you - you will be first to know that. If you are still having symptoms, your doctor may be able to tell by exam with ultrasound if your cyst is still present, getting bigger, or becoming an issue.
