Yes: ASA can induce stomach symptoms (heart burn, ulcer) even with just a few doses- depending on individual sensitivity. This is a common complication from all NSAIDs and not necessarily a sensitivity. GERD symptoms also vary greatly but most complaints consist of heartburn and bloating.
