Very reassuring: I think this is a duplicate question, same answers. Oral candida is not likely (not the same as white coated tongue). But even if candida, it is too soon for it to be from an HIV infection caught only 2 weeks previously, and is never the only sign of ARS. Your test is about 90% conclusive that you don't have HIV. Have another combo test at 4 weeks to be certain, but in meantime really no worries.
