Imaging: Full medical history and exam indicated. Imaging performed? Do you have chest pain radiating to the back and therefore a cardiac workup was done? Any imaging of your spine, great vessels, mediastinum? I see MRI of brain so I assume your headaches and other symptoms led to MRI of brain to rule out Chiari, other CNS pathology. Stay focused and follow up with a spine specialist.
