Do you use cefazedone (first-generation cephaloporins) or amikacin (aminoglycosides antibiotic) for treating pelvic inflammatory disease?

Not usually: I'm not sure where you are, but in most of the world's countries these drugs are not recommended and would not be used to treat PID. They are of uncertain activity against gonorrhea and definitely will not treat chlamydia. Try to find an infectious diseases or STD expert to advise on treatment.
