Unrelated: An ovarian cyst is not likely to be related to changes in your bowel movements. Mucus in stool, and cramps in upper abdomen are common and can be from many different causes - if this continues and is bothering you, talk to a doctor about your symptoms.

Can a ovarian cyst cause lower rib cage pain? I think I have a cyst but an experiencing different pain this time. VERY bloated, some left side pain and pain under my left rib cage. I also have pcos if that helps any.
