4 dairy/day ok: Milk, esp. fat free is an excellent source of calcium & protein, and up to 4 calcium containing servings/day is recommended, although many adults do not get this much. This would include cheese and yogurt as well. If you are eating a healthy diet with other foods as well, maintaining a healthy weight and do not have a family history of kidney stones, then your intake is fine if low fat milk.
