A member asked:

Can multiple ear infections over the years cause my lymph nodes to permanently be up? it been 2+years and they're still there.both under 1cm,movable

Yes: Lymph nodes usually enlarge in response to infection, as they are growth areas for infection fighting cells. When infection has resolved, some of the framework remains enlarged for some time. If non tender, easily moveable and not enlarging, it is fine to observe over time. If enlarging, be sure to get evaluation.
