I've used dalacin t solution for 11 days which has caused more inflamed spots and pimples but healed original spots, should i continue using it?

No: There are much better alternatives. You assume it is healing "original spots" but these are probably in normal evolution. If you have significant acne, any therapy is likely to show results only after 2 or 3 months. Best result from a dermatologist. Meanwhile, you can try benzoyl peroxide. Note that acne is a matter of genetics and hormones. Not diet or stress or dirt or infection. Not your fault.
