Bleeding: Probably not related to your hygiene. See your Dentist to evaluate your oral health. Then see your Physician or an ENT Specialist to determine cause of bleeding. Whatever it is, the pressure you apply while cleaning your teeth probably aggravates whatever is going on in your nose.
