Work patiently: You might need to be very patient and find a Dr to work with you. I expect they did some exam and tests before steroids - if not, do! Then, perhaps knowing your body in general (BMI, labs, etc) a PT eval might help for muscle/nerve work. Again - be patient and ready to exercise.
