Vascular disease is: often widely distributed so if you have coronary blockages you probably have diffuse atherosclerotic disease. This may contribute to ED but is not usually the cause. Remember that about 40% of all men over 40 have ED but only 15% of them have diffuse atherosclerotic disease. See a urologist for an evaluation of your ED. He/she will be able to determine if vascular issues are playing a role.
