If i have irregular periods and i don't keep track when i ovulate, when should i take a pregnancy test?

Anytime: If you have been exposed and think there is a possibility you can do one anytime. There are simple over the counter tests available at the dollar store. They are not as accurate early in pregnancy as they are after a month or so but when positive, they are indicative of pregnancy.
