No: Doesn't matter whether it's MS or anything else: stroke, tumor, anything: ANY lesion in the right hemisphere causes signs & symptoms on the left. Exceptions are a few left-handers & a VERY tiny proportion of right-handers. Southpaws have either left hemisphere dominance just like righties, or they have so-called mixed dominance. True right hemisphere dominance is exceedingly rare.
