Urologist: These small masses within the scrotal sac are often spermatoceles which are benign. Tenderness of a testicle or the epididymus is common and due to irritation or low grade inflammation. It's best to see a urologist, however, for diagnosis and advice. Any appropriate tests will be ordered.
