Basically yes: It's very close to being 100% chance of not pregnant. First of all, one week before your menses is not the ideal time to conceive. Two weeks before your menses would be considered the most fertile time. And a few days difference is very important. If your period was full flow and felt normal to you then even more evidence that you're not pregnant.
