A member asked:

I have little to no memory of my childhood and very limited memory of my first 5 years as a teenager. i'm 20 right now - should i look into this more?

Why ?: Part of normal brain function is to toss out unnecessary data or at least file it away in the deep files. You wouldn't want to know the color of every house on your way to work, just the way to work.If you are concerned that your recall is flawed or that you are repressing events, find a counselor and explore the issue. Many memories can be retrieved with effort.
