Add insult to injury: Talk about adding insult to an existing injury! Your anal sphincter was cut and repaired at the time of your delivery, but It hasn't healed properly and/or there is an infection present necessitating a delay in its' subsequent repair. If your MD says it is OK for intercourse to resume, then any "house' entries (vagina) should occur via the front not the "back" door to avoid further issues.
