Rash: It is possible but uncommon to get a rash on your chest but a week of exercise should not result in a rash. Please see someone of the staff in the gym to look at your rash. I cannot be sure but the staff will almost certainly suggest you stop exercising for a few days (up to a week) and see if your rash changes. A decision will be made as a few days pass.
