Progesterone: You could take progesterone (many different types) for 10 days each month to have a regular menses. Note: this is not a form of contraception. You can still get pregnant if you do this. Most common choices are Provera 10mg by mouth for 10 days (each month) or Prometrium (micronized progesterone) 200mg by mouth at bedtime for 10 days (each month).
