No restrictions: There are no, and should be no, restrictions for breastfeeding or pumping. Feel free to feed and pump away (with as much modesty as you can manage), and ignore any dimwits that cause you any troubles. Your doing a great thing for your child and anyone who has a problem should be ashamed of themselves.

Go ahead!: You are allowed to breastfeed or pump in public places without harassment from others. That being said, many women are more comfortable if they have a breastfeeding apron, or a blanket, to cover up. Your workplace legally needs to provide a place and time for you to pump.
