Vagal event: These happen occasionally in kids and adults. The primary need is to rule out a significant medical condition that could produce more harm if left untreated. The prolonged QT is a heart rhythm issue that some have that could trigger a rhythm disturbance.A seizure can mimic a faint. Other medical issues can do this. It is time for a good history/exam and some tests.
