Get Hearing Checked: Loud noise/sound can lead to hearing loss. It will be very important for you to see your doctor to test for any loss in your good ear. Your grandson's behavior is also alarming here. Seven year olds are able to comprehend that screaming directly into an ear is harmful. There must be zero tolerance for child's actions. Please discuss with parents to address/eliminate this harmful behavior.
