Hard to say: Cramping pain can be non-specific. It can be from the uterus--so your uterus is preparing to menstruate. Pain can also come from your ovaries--perhaps you overstimulated on the Clomid (clomiphene) and now have multiple follicles or even some cysts. Also, consider that there are other organs (i.e. colon) that can also cramp (diarrhea, constipation). Check a pregnancy test to be certain--early pregnancy symptom?
