Apply sunscreen q2hr: The SPF (sun protective factor) shjould be 30 or more. You should wear it on cloudy days too. Clouds do not block UV light. They do block IR so it does feel cooler when a cloud blocks the sun. Another important point is to check the base that the sunscreen is in. Make sure that it is oil soluble, not water soluble. Otherwise when you sweat, it will easily come off. Apply every 2 hts. 4 a burn use
