Different systems: your fallopian tubes connect the ovaries to the uterus. Your periods reflect the hormonal balance created by secretion of hormones by your ovaries under the influence of your pituitary gland. A tubal ligation should have nothing to do with that. It is like saying you had a manicure that week. So what??
