I have lots of green spots on my arms. they don't really hurt and there has not been any injury or trama of any kind. should i be worried?

Interesting symptom: Need more info. It's hard to diagnose a skin lesion without seeing it. Best thing is to make an appointment with your family physician and get some help. Green "spots" on the skin unless you are a painter or a gardener is unusual.
