Watch and wait: There is no need to do anything. Let it be. If the pain gets worse or does not abate in a week, then you should see a doctor for an evaluation. Drink plenty of water as crystals in urine can sometimes cause referred pain in testicles. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

Get evaluated.: Although everything is probably just fine, you should be evaluated to exclude testicular torsion. A painful testicle can be a sign that the blood supply is compromised. A simple exam and ultrasound can make the diagnosis. Once the testicle is dead, you can't get it back (good thing there's 2). Better to be safe than sorry.
