Yellow eyes: Yellow eyes can be a sign of jaundice, which is caused by elevated levels of bilirubin in the bloodstream. There are several dangerous conditions which cause jaundice. You need a blood test right away to check your liver enzymes, and also direct and total bilirubin. Imaging of the abdomen with CT or ultrasound may also be needed.
