Normal: After discontinuation of Depo-Provera injections - fertíity can be delayed up to 12 months. If you do not resume menstrual cycle in this time - check with your MD. Also check pregnancy test if you bern sexually active. Eat healthy nalance diet, rich in calcium ( Yogurt, Almond milk, Kefir, cheese.. ) and take vita min D at least 1000 iu/ day. Exercise regularly.
