Forearm?: If they are confined only to the forearms, I would suspect a sun sensitivity. Are you taking any drug which may cause photosensitivity (diuretic , antibiotic etc). Even ingredients in certain sunscreens may sensitive you upon exposure to sunlight. Consider seeing a dermatologist.
