Get into good health: No pills or potions can make a normal person's facial hair grow faster (if such existed, it might be a cure for baldness!). If a person had lots of fast-growing facial hair, and recently his hair stopped growing or is falling out, he should be evaluated by a primary care doctor. Otherwise, a man should just live a healthy life, with healthy thoughts, healthy foods, and healthy exercise.
