Allegra (fexofenadine) and Zyrtec : Some of my patients have found Allegra (fexofenadine) 180 mg in the morning and zyrtec 10 mg in the evening to be helpful for their hives. Also improving the skin barrier with cerave cream available over the counter 2-3 times a day daily can help.
