When my hands are by my side they go red/slightly purple. They go normal color if raised, happens in hot or cold, (not raynauds?) pulses fine? Thanks
My feet are always cold. I dont have raynauds, all blood tests came back fine for iron, ferritin, etc. I take vitamin c for iron absorption. If I dont wear socks, my toes will turn purple. Ive had this all of my life. Hands get cold too. Advice?
