See doctor: You have been having pain for 1 year in the abdomen with relief after defecation. See your doctor. It is good that you note relief with defecation however you should try to discover the cause. You may need to consider celiac disease and a blood test is available. Your doctor will evaluate you and may order tests and perform a thorough history and physical exam to help you.
