Don't self treat: This needs to be professionally diagnosed, not self treated. Anyway, there are no home treatments that are reliable; you need an antibiotic by prescription. And maybe not a UTI anyway. Gonorrhea and chlamydia often cause similar symptoms as UTI, and STDs are especially common at your age (18). Don't take chances; get checked in person.
