Not so good sex life: A not so good sex life tends to make it difficult to conceive as ovulation is a reasonably small window of time and if there is "no action", conception is destined to failure. This usually indicates a "relationship" problem rather than a "fertility" problem which should be addressed prior to conception attempts. "Conception pills" are only available from a Fertility MD.
