Needs more info: It would be helpful to know more about the exact water exposure - whether it was from a filthy pond, from the shower, or what exactly. This would be helpful in terms of assessing risk. Headaches are extremely common, and by itself, I would not automatically associate that with an amoeba infection. Definitely if symptoms progress, including the development of fevers, chills, stiff neck etc - see MD
