I got water in my nose yesterday in connecticut and now have a headache, i have no idea what it's from but i'm nervous about an amoeba, could it be?

Needs more info: It would be helpful to know more about the exact water exposure - whether it was from a filthy pond, from the shower, or what exactly. This would be helpful in terms of assessing risk. Headaches are extremely common, and by itself, I would not automatically associate that with an amoeba infection.
